Description
Hearty rural delights, beer aperitif welcome drink, and stroll to the Ernsthof. Passing by meadows and fields, you'll experience the special landscape on the Danube, at the foot of the Swabian Alb, and at the gate to Upper Swabia.
Weather conditions providing, you'll see the Alps and have a heavenly view of the holy mountain Bussen. Baking day at Ernsthof. You'll be served coffee, cake, and home-baked peasant bread. Then you'll have a professional tour of the Berg Brewery. You'll experience the little barleycorn on its way to become a finished beer.
In the maturing and storage cellar, you'll sample your beer right from the storage tank and experience the wide range of fine aromas in the world of scent and taste that hallmark the rich character of our beer specialties.

- 1x overnight stay in the Master Brewer's room with gourmet breakfast buffet (Landgasthof & Flair Hotel Zur Rose, Berg)
- 1x beer aperitif in Landgasthof & Flair Hotel Zur Rose, Berg
- 1x daily fresh homemade cake and one cup of coffee to energize you in Ernsthof
- 1x visit and guided tour Museumle (museum) and Berg Brewery, with Zwickel sampling
- 1x 3-course beer menu in the Brewery Restaurant with Ulrichsbier cream soup, roast with beer crust served with brewer's malt noodles, and for dessert apple rings in beer batter. The appropriate beer will be served with each course (included in the price).
